What we collect, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it.

Build Wealth Save Taxes (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by SCFOS LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. This policy explains what we collect when you visit buildwealthsavetaxes.com or marksharman.com, register for an event, subscribe to a newsletter or the book list, purchase a course, or receive our emails and text messages.

Both sites are run by the same company and feed the same contact records, so one policy governs both. marksharman.com collects email addresses only — it has no text-message signup, so the text-message clauses below apply to buildwealthsavetaxes.com alone.

1. Who we are

Build Wealth Save Taxes — the education program and buildwealthsavetaxes.com.
marksharman.com— Mark Sharman’s personal site: the book, the newsletter, articles, and speaking. Signups there are handled under this same policy.
SCFOS LLC — the operating entity. The company has filed a name change with the Wyoming Secretary of State to BWST Platform LLC; both names refer to the same company while records update.

2. Information you give us

Contact details — name, email address, and optionally a mobile phone number.
Purchase information — what you bought and when. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
Information you volunteer — answers to pre-event questionnaires, replies to our emails, and anything you send us directly.

3. Information collected automatically

Standard web and email analytics: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring site, and whether an email was opened or a link clicked. We use this to understand what people find useful and to keep the site working.

To deliver what you purchased — access links, reminders, and materials
To answer your questions and provide support
To send educational emails and, if you opted in, text messages
To improve our content and website
To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations

5. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only so far as they need it: Stripe (payments), HighLevel / LeadConnector (CRM, email, and SMS delivery), and our analytics and hosting providers. We also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade your contact details to anyone.

6. Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide a mobile number, you can tick either of two separate consent boxes: one for text messages about workshops you register for, and one for marketing text messages. Neither is a condition of any purchase.

What you’ll get: with the first box, confirmations, your join link, and reminders for workshops you register for. With the second, invitations to future workshops and exclusive offers.
How often: message frequency varies.
Cost:message and data rates may apply. We don’t charge for texts.
Opting out: reply STOPto any message and we’ll stop. Reply HELP for help, or email support@buildwealthsavetaxes.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Mobile numbers and SMS consent records are shared only with the messaging provider that delivers the messages on our behalf, and for no other purpose. You can opt in at any time on our text message signup page.

7. How long we keep it

We keep customer and contact records for as long as needed to provide the service and to satisfy tax and legal record-keeping requirements, then delete or anonymise them.

Residents of some states, including Colorado, have additional rights over their personal data. Contact us and we’ll honour them.

9. Children

This site is intended for business owners and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The date above will change, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
